Participation and programme reporting
Clearer views of campaigns, events, referrals, and learner activity help teams understand participation and respond sooner.
Umoh Etido founded Tidobytes to help teams move beyond scattered spreadsheets, slow reporting, and unclear performance views. His work brings business context, technical execution, and thoughtful design into one practical approach to data.

Before building dashboards and data products, Umoh worked close to the people, processes, and everyday decisions that reporting is supposed to support.
Experience in customer service and contact-centre operations exposed the cost of fragmented information early: conversations spread across channels, recurring questions without a shared answer, and teams spending valuable time reconstructing what had already happened.
Quality assurance added a more systematic lens. Detailed audits, service patterns, and performance standards showed that data becomes useful only when it connects clearly to behaviour, responsibility, and improvement.
Work across growth, engagement, events, referrals, and lifecycle communication added the commercial layer, shaping how teams define success, communicate results, and decide where attention should go next. Business Intelligence became the point where those experiences converged.
Tidobytes reflects that route. The company starts with the operational problem, identifies the decision that matters, brings the information together, and builds a clear interface people can rely on.

The goal is not to produce more charts. It is to help a team understand what is happening, reduce avoidable effort, and act with greater confidence.
The systems change, but the underlying needs are often the same: trustworthy information, less repetitive work, and a clearer view of what deserves attention.
Clearer views of campaigns, events, referrals, and learner activity help teams understand participation and respond sooner.
Conversations, tickets, and quality audits become measurable service patterns that reveal recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
Dependable tracking and quality checks make fast-moving, multi-channel customer operations easier to understand and manage.
Decision-ready tools bring scattered information together, reduce manual analysis, and make important answers easier to find.
Tidobytes exists to turn reporting from a recurring burden into a dependable part of how a team operates. If the numbers are scattered, the process is too manual, or the answers arrive too late, there is usually a clearer way forward.
